How can I get a refund for my domain name?

All domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable.

When a domain is registered or renewed, every registrar—including us—pays a service fee to the registry organization that manages that extension.

Since registries do not reverse registration dates or refund service fees, we are unable to issue refunds either.
